Vendor Info & Frequently Asked Questions

It's easy to become a Vendor! Simply complete the signup form (here), choose your Markets, and make your payment(s), your receipt(s) is your confirmation and all you need!

Be sure to pay early! Only those paid will have their spot held, spots fill up fast! 

Vendors may signup for one or more Markets, we will open online signup/registration each season. Markets are held Monthly, on the Second Saturday. 

Vendors are required to be eligible to make sales in Ramsey & Hennepin Counties. All legal requirements must be completed prior to selling at the market.

We welcome all vendors who identify as Black, Indigenous, or Persons of Color, their families and people who are active allies in our communities. 

Vendors are required to have all supplies needed for their space including tables, table cloths, chairs, extension cords, and other professional materials. We require all signage and spaces to be decorated in a professional manner. 

We strongly encourage fitted table clothes and large signage - standout & shine!

Vendors may set up 2 hours prior to any Market opening (set up begins at 12pm for our monthly markets). We ask that Vendors are present and engaged throughout the entire day until the Market closes to the public before taking down their booths. All vendors must be inside and set up by 1:30p, doors close at 1:30p for vendor setup, no exceptions.

The Market is open  2pm - 6p. Please be set up by no later than 1:30pm so that the market is ready for customers when open. Late setup is not allowed. Those arriving after 1:30 will be asked to setup at another market. Late arrival does not warrant a refund, please arrive on time and be ready to serve customers by 2p, thank you.

We are in The Case Building at The Lab. Please note; we are on the Southside of the building. You will see a big red carport and The Lab entrance. If you see a nearly empty lot you’re on the wrong side of the building.

No sign in necessary. We will come around to greet each vendor and ensure you’re signed up correctly.

Upon arrival:

Pull up to the front of the building or lot and ensure your car is out of the way for others to pull in and out.

Unload all items and take them to the location of your choice - we set up along the walls as well as in the middle of the space facing either walk way. Staff will be onsite to help find space and answer questions.

Before setting up, move your car to a parking space, vendors are asked to park to the left of the carport in order to leave spaces for The Lab and our Guests.

Set up your space, be sure to weigh down any items that may fly away. 

Yes! We are fully sponsored by The Lab, please enter their building to use restrooms, purchase and enjoy a beer or spritzer and shop their swag!

We understand that life happens. In order to help us plan, we ask that funds be moved to another Market rather than refunded. However, in cases where you may not return for a while, or you simply really need your funds back, no worries, we will be happy to help!
